Book Giveaway: The Home Book
Ok, it’s time for a new giveaway. The prize is House Beautiful’s very own, “The Home Book”.
With 465 pages, this book is filled with photos and tips that take you through the steps of designing your home. The first section focuses on understanding your home (i.e. the site, the architecture and the layout of your home). The next section discusses the elements of your home (i.e. ambience, color, lighting, fabric, walls and ceilings). Finally, the last section is all about designing your home. This book also shows you amazing photos of every room of the home from the entryway to the bedroom and how you can transform it into your space. Another plus, throughout the book you get the “Designer's Top Ten” by some of the industry’s well-known interior designers.
I think The Home Book’s motto says it best “EVERYONE HAS A BEAUTIFUL HOME IN THEM” It is truly a MUST HAVE BOOK!

Hmm....need help throughout my home!
I definetely need help in my master bedroom..I love the color on the walls, but they are bare. I also need to pick out new bedding and draperies, etc.

I need help w/my son's room
I need help with everything! I bought a home that had been abandoned for a year. The living room needs painting, "office" needs to have the built-in desk ripped out, and all of the carpeting needs to be replaced with tile or wood, the bedroom needs painting and a light fixture or ceiling fan installed, the lanai isn't currently a very inviting place. I need help!

We are currently in the process of doing a complete home remodeling on another house that we will be moving into. We could really use help on the kitchen and master bathroom. Those two rooms seem to be the ones we don't have many good ideas for.

I would love to win this book!! And I could sure use it!! :) Pick any room in my home, it needs help. I just have no decorating sense whatsoever. My bedroom especially needs inspiration.

I could use help with all areas of my home! However, recently I've really been wanting to decorate our bedroom so that it looks like an adult's peaceful room and not so much like a kid's room with the bright art we have hanging on the walls and the train table by the window!
